About the machine
FL1 PRIME is a cost-effective solution for
high-quality label printing. It is ideal for businesses that want to replace or
add to older mechanical presses used within the
Narrow Web Market.
The FL1 is built on the fundamentals of its bigger
brother, the FL3 and benefits from the world-class
design and reliability. It is a highly productive, cost-efficient quality
label printing system. The design focus has been to
create an affordable system that is exceptionally
quick to set-up, generating minimal waste.
It is fully servo-driven and in keeping with the FL
range comes with the UniPrint printhead design
quality, repeatability and low waste is consistently
achieved and maintained.
It has a web width of 350mm wide, 12 microns to 350
microns and a speed of 200 m/min.
There is also the option the EZ Reg, closed-loop
camera-based autonomous registration, as well as EZ,
die for a quick tooling change in under 60 seconds.

Whilst the FL1 Prime is still new to the market; it has been built on tried and tested technology and is a very affordable option for business who want to improve their productivity, reduce waste and give their customers superior print quality.

The FL3 was launched in India in 2011
About the machine
The FL3 is a highly productive,
cost-efficient, quality label and packing press. It
has been designed with the operator in mind to make
their life easier while producing the highest
quality print, efficiency and minimal waste.
It comes with seven motors on each print station as
standard, and the enhanced HMI capabilities make the
FL3 highly efficient and reliable. Also the option
of the EZ Die technology enables a complete tool
change in under 60 seconds.
The FL3 has a web width of 430mm wide has the
largest standard substrate range of any press on the
market, 12 micron to 450 microns, allowing the
printer to handle many different substrates with
ease including, film, labels, shrink sleeves,
lamitubes, foil and light cartons to name but a few
without any additions to the press.
Why it is popular?
As part of the FL range, FL3 comes with
UniPrint, which ensures the highest print quality
whatever the repeat size. The AiiR system gives
autonomous register and motorisation of all print
adjustments giving quick and repeatable set-up on
production with minimal operator input via the
intuitive HMI control panel.
The FL3 also has an option of an LED UV curing
system, which can provide an energy saving of up to
75% and long-term money-saving.
